Acupuncture treatments are by appointment only.

For an appointment that best suits your schedule, it is recommended to schedule 1-2 weeks in advance.

Insurance
Many insurance companies now cover acupuncture. Check directly with your insurance company for specific details of your policy. I provide an itemized medical bill that can be submitted for reimbursement. Payment may be done with cash, check, or credit card and is due at the time of service.
Cancellation Policy
Please give 24 hours' notice to cancel your appointment. With the exception of emergencies, you will be billed for the missed appointment.

Bring pertinent copies of lab tests and medical records to your first office visit.
